Collection of Personal Information
The following privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.ogconsulting.co.il and www.ogcglobal.com as well as OGC’s UP Consumer Insight Panel and research surveys. This policy addresses the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
OGC is the sole owner of the information collected on its sites. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily provide via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent any information containing PII to anyone.
All Information collected by OGC is for customer service and/or market research purposes; it can be used to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your PII or PLI with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
OGC may use external secure software to conduct market research and manage its information.
To clarify, non PII data that has been voluntarily provided and is used for market research purposes, can be used and sold as long as it can not be Identified or lead to specific individuals.
UP Consumer Insight Panel
On a case by case basis, OGC, through its Panel, collects two kinds of information about users:

Data that users volunteer by signing up to receive news and product information, entering contests, completing surveys, or buying directly from us;

Aggregated tracking data we collect when users interact with us.
OGC uses personal information you provide voluntarily depending on how you contact us:

When you subscribe to our research platform mailing lists , you must provide an email address. We never sell or rent the email address you provide when subscribing to our lists.

When you enter a contest or survey, we may ask for your name, address, and email address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
General survey research
OGC conducts research surveys and collects a wide range of information about survey respondents depending on the information needs of the research we conduct. For example, survey respondents may be requested to provide certain personally identifiable, financial or demographic information, as well as specific opinions about a variety of goods and services. Responses to all survey questions are voluntary. A survey respondent should only provide responses to questions they are comfortable answering and survey respondents may decline to answer any survey question.
Access and Control Over Information
Information gathered through www.ogconsulting.co.il and www.ogcglobal.com is limited to contact information only. Contact data is only used to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. It will not be collected, sold or used for any other purpose and will remain internal to OGC only.

As Information collected by OGC is used for market research purposes, from time-to-time our site may request information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Data collected through Surveys and contests
Data collected by OGC through surveys and contests may be used for research and resale purposes as long as it does not contain any PII or PLI as long as it can not be used to Identify or lead to specific individuals. For example, collected data can be used to demonstrate trends, sentiments and even specific comments regarding certain products or services however they will not disclose any PII and will not be used to Identify any specific respondent.
Access to non-PII data collected through surveys can be available upon request either via email through our website or by contacting us through the dedicated panel portal. This data can be changed or deleted in our databases at your request however please be aware that it might have been used prior to your request and can not be removed from previous research materials.
Links to Other Sites
Our Websites may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by OGC. Please be aware that OGC is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and statements of other sites to understand their information practices.
Accountability and liability for Data Transfers
Please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country. Our third party service providers (including Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), FocusVision and others) operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries.
We have implemented appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.
OGC may disclose personal data to trusted third parties as indicated in the privacy policy without offering an opportunity to opt out. OGC requires that its agents and service providers that have access to personal data within the scope of this privacy policy provide the same level of protection as required by the privacy principles.
OGC’s accountability for personal data that it receives in the United States under the DPF and subsequently transfers to a third party is outlined in the DPF Principles. In particular, OGC remains responsible and liable under the DPF Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with said Principles unless OGC proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
OGC may also need to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, for law enforcement or national security reasons, or when such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, or when otherwise required by law, including liability cases on onward transfers to third parties. We do not offer an opportunity to opt out from this category of disclosure.
Children under the Age of 18
OGC does not collect personal data from Minors or allow them to register for our surveys. Our services are not intended for and may not be used by minors. “Minors” are individuals under the age of 18 (or under a higher age if so stated by the laws of their residence). If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a Minor, we will delete that information and deletion will occur without notice. Security of Your Personal Information
We use appropriate administrative, organizational, technical and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect and process about you from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information and to help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and only available to you and to those you provided authorized access. Specific measures we use include encryption through protocols such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). If a password is provided to help protect your projects and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Data Retention
We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements, to enforce our agreements or comply with our legal obligations).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Enforcement and Changes to This Privacy Statement
If OGC maintains your personal data in one of the services within the scope of our privacy policy, you may direct any inquiries or complaints concerning our DPF compliance to info@ogcglobal.com or in the U.S., European Union, the United Kingdom through our contact page on our website. OGC shall respond within 45 days.
We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this statement. If there are material changes to how OGC will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification. We suggest you periodically review this statement to be informed of how OGC is protecting your information.
EU-U.S. DPF – Dispute Resolution
OGC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
OGC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the DPF Frameworks, OGC is subject to the regulatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over OGC’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF). Pursuant to the DPF Frameworks, EU individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data transferred to the United States under DPF, should direct their query to info@ogcglobal.com. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will provide an individual opt-out choice, or opt-in for sensitive data, before we share your data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. In compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), OGC commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the U.S. pursuant to the EU-U.S. DPF. OGC has further committed to refer unresolved DPF Principles-related complaints to a U.S.-based independent dispute resolution mechanism, BBB NATIONAL PROGRAMS. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit www.bbbprograms.org/dpf-complaints for more information and to file a complaint. This service is provided free of charge to you.
